Kèr Jù Gāswav was founded durring the late 15th century in winter of the year 1383, by Cúńch Cō̋mp̪f̄ 'Lexi Lena' Coī̋mp̪f̄ Rä̋ch Vúnḱ Jenney Llywell Vaugh. The establishment of Kèr Jù Gāswav was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Kèr Jù Gāswav's construction back out of the project. Cúńch Cō̋mp̪f̄ 'Lexi Lena' Coī̋mp̪f̄ Rä̋ch Vúnḱ Jenney Llywell Vaugh pushed on reguardles, and Kèr Jù Gāswav was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Kèr Jù Gāswav was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Jù Gāswav is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Kèr Jù Gāswav is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of broad gravel streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Kèr Jù Gāswav's exceptionaly well made fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Kèr Jù Gāswav is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife.

Cultural Notes
Kèr Jù Gāswav's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for the combined use of arcuated and trabeated construction, employing arches and constructed with post and lintel. The arch served as the style's chief structural element, with flanking columns serving as buttresses or decorations. While the general shape of their structures could be generously described as simplistic, the use of these arches and columns created a most distinct ascetic which is easily distinguishable on sight to armatures and experts alike.
In Kèr Jù Gāswav snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.
The Owlbear near Kèr Jù Gāswav are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Kèr Jù Gāswav's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves embarking on a group pilgrimage to channel Abjuration energies of tier 2 via speaking in tongues.
